Presentation What You See Is What You Get (wysiwyg) is our policy. This means that we are doing our best to take pictures from the gemstones in the truest conditions to insure you to have a description of the gemstone which is the closest from the reality. We always take our shots in day light conditions without any software corrections.

However, computer screens tend to render colors in various ways depending on their settings. To be sure to get the most accurate colors on your screen, we suggest you to do a quick calibration by using various techniques. It will require you only a few minutes, but will make you sure to get the most accurate color of the gemstones you are looking at on our website.

Service we believe in a « human touch » service approach. Any questions from customers will be personally answered within 24/48H by our team of Accredited Gemologist. At reception of your gemstone(s) you will take the benefit of a 10 days inspection period.
